We require our employees to be working only for our company full-time during the summer, and no other job. All hours worked are paid at the normal pay rate and not overtime due to us being a seasonal business.
There are opportunities for you to take the watercraft equipment out and ride during your days off, or after work Monday-Thursday. You just need to get permission from Brian and pay for the gas you use.
We are the largest company at Bear Lake providing recreation with 5 rental shop locations. We hire a group of 40-45 wonderful employees each summer to staff the 5 locations. We have a lot of employees return each year and many that end up forming lasting friendships. You’re welcome to hang out with the other employees after work, or on your days off. From time to time we sponsor employee parties where we pay for the food.
We look for motivated individuals who are committed to work the whole summer and are hard-working, honest, responsible, dependable, friendly, good with people, and can learn quickly on the job the necessary skills through the training we provide.
The job can be considered a fun job, but there’s a lot of work and responsibility that goes along with it. Our philosophy is “work hard, play hard”. If you’re looking for a job where you can do the minimal amount of work with little responsibility, then this is not the job for you. If you’re looking for a job that’s satisfying, adventurous, challenging, fun, and located in one of the most beautiful outdoor settings anywhere in the world, then this is the job for you.
